July 2016 in The Sims 4 General Discussion Ok so i am doing the go to school mod, i downloaded a school from the gallery but it won't let me change the lot type for some reason. It is residential at the moment but i want to be able to change it, PLS HELP. This bundle adds four new lot traits to your game which are: college, high-school, grade-school and preschool. With these lot traits you can turn your lots into schools, after-school programs, or daycare centers. These will not enroll your children into any type of school system or college system they are just lot traits. This is perfect for machinimas and lets plays! You will have to use your imagination if you want to let sims become teachers or students. So if you havent heard, there is a new mod that requires The Sims 4 Get To Work called 'Go To School' Basically, as the title explains it allows you to go with your children and teens to two new lot types, a high school and an elementary school. Here is a link to the mod page: Anyways, I have decided to create both an elementary school called Parkshore Elementary and a high school, Daniel Pleasant High to go along.
